Equator is seeking a dedicated Accounts Officer to join our growing team in Gajju Matta, Lahore, Pakistan. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations within our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
• Record daily retail sales, cash transactions, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile POS (Point of Sale) sales with cash, card, and online payments.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare tax-related documentation and assist with statutory compliance.
• Maintain payroll records and assist in salary processing if required.
• Generate financial reports for management review.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Qualifications

• M. Com
• ACCA

Experience

• 1 to 2 Years
