Sveston is a Luxury Watch Brand with over four decades of experience in the watchmaking industry and a family of 20 million happy customers worldwide. We are currently seeking applications for the position of Accounts Officer at our office based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Job Overview

The Accounts Officer will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions, preparing vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and routine financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including recording transactions and preparing financial documents.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash.
• Assist in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and payment processing.
• Verify bills, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Maintain proper physical and digital filing of accounting records.
• Perform official outdoor assignments within Karachi, including bank visits and cheque deposits.
• Deliver and collect official documents, cheques, and invoices from various locations.
• Ensure the safe handling of confidential financial documents during outdoor assignments.
• Maintain records of official visits, deliveries, collections, and expenses as required by company policy.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounts & Finance or a related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts & Finance or a similar role.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
• A valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
