Hum Network Ltd is seeking a talented AI Engineer to join their Data & Analysis team in Islamabad. This role involves designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, building live dashboards, and running AI-driven analysis on various data sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouse schemas, and vector stores feeding every product.
• Builds live dashboards and automated reporting using BI tools and custom web applications with scheduled refresh and alerting.
• Conducts AI-driven analysis on content, audience, and social data, identifying patterns, trends, and sentiment automatically.
• Creates agentic workflows for content analysis and generation, including agents that monitor feeds and tag content.
• Ensures data quality, validation, lineage, and access control; exposes clean datasets via APIs to the rest of the team.
• Instruments products with event analytics and defines metrics that demonstrate ROI.

Key Competencies

• Proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis and handling.
• Experienced in building dashboards and reports from raw data.
• Comfortable working with APIs and Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable and willing to learn and work with new data and AI tools.

Professional Experience

• 1-2 years of experience working with Python and SQL for data analysis and handling data-related tasks.
• Experience building dashboards and reports using raw data to support business insights and decision-making.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrating data from different sources.
• Ability to work with data and AI tools and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies on the job.
