Job Overview

Sarena Textile Industries is expanding its team! We are looking for experienced professionals to join us for the role of Deputy Manager / Sr. Deputy Manager – QC (Denim & Workwear). This position is crucial for maintaining high-quality standards in our apparel manufacturing processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Qualification: Graduation, Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Quality Management
• Experience: 8 years of progressive quality experience in woven apparel manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

• Define, implement and maintain apparel quality standards (incorporating AQL system, customer specifications and safety regulations for denim and technical work wear).
• Establish end-to-end QC workflows across all stages—from raw materials / trims inspection to inline cutting, sewing, washing and final packing.
• Lead, train and supervise QC inspectors and auditors on technical inspection protocols, garment construction and shade / wash evaluation.
• Monitor inline production and denim wash processes; identify defects early, perform root cause analysis and drive immediate corrective actions on the floor.
• Oversee final AQL inspections ensuring precise fit, stitching integrity, wash consistency, construction accuracy and packaging compliance.
• Drive Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans with production heads to eliminate recurring defects and enhance overall efficiency.
• Maintain quality records, track defect trends and report key performance metrics (DHU/AQL pass rates) directly to senior management.
