Eligibility

To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Qualification: BBA / MBA (Supply Chain)
• Experience: 10 to 12 years in Apparel / Manufacturing unit

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments across operations, finance, and supply chain, maintaining continuity plans for uninterrupted business operations.
• Direct end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, negotiations, inventory, and logistics to ensure optimal material availability.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to deliver on scope, schedule, quality, and budget while tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Manage budgets, forecast estimates, optimize leftover stock, and implement cost-reduction strategies to minimize variances.
• Direct stakeholder communications, maintain compliance with organizational controls, and deliver executive dashboards and performance reporting.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and resilience.
