Colgate Palmolive is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager Accounts to join our team in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. In this role, you will contribute to our innovative personal care products while supporting the Accounts Payable Manager in various financial operations.

Job Overview

As an Assistant Manager Accounts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, supplier advances, and vendor payments. Your expertise will help maintain strong supplier relationships and drive efficiency through process automation.

Responsibilities

• Support Accounts Payable Manager in end-to-end AP operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, credit notes, supplier advances, payment proposals, and vendor payments.
• Oversee vendor account reconciliation and drive timely resolution of outstanding issues.
• Monitor AP, GR / IR, and advance to supplier aging, ensuring adherence to agreed payment terms.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Drive AP transformation initiatives, process automation, and digitization to improve efficiency and control.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• BBA / MBA / ACCA / ACMA / CAF or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
