Charizma is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Construction & Maintenance to join our team in Lahore. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective management of construction and maintenance activities across our facilities.

Position Details

Position: Assistant Manager Construction & Maintenance
Location: Defence Road, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement periodic preventive maintenance for all facilities.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and construction vendors.
• Prepare & evaluate BOQs, estimates and cost comparisons.
• Oversee execution of new projects, renovations and repair works.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, safety and timely completion.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, vendor performance and project costs.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, maintenance or facilities management.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of BOQs, MEP works, civil works and contractor management.
• Good negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Multi-site/retail experience will be an advantage.
