Vacancy Details

• Position: Assistant Manager, Information Technology
• Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations, including servers, networks, devices, software, storage, and backups.
• Evaluate emerging AI, automation, and cloud technologies to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Gather requirements and develop practical AI solutions, automations, assistants, and proof-of-concepts.
• Design, test, deploy, and maintain AI solutions such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, and automated workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and existing systems while ensuring security and reliability.
• Support the Lead IT with all integrations and IT projects, including development, testing, documentation, and deployment.

Eligibility

• Experience: 2-6 Years in IT and related fields.
• Technical Competencies: Experience managing IT infrastructure, security, backups, and databases. Experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, APIs, and Git. Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering. Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud. Experience in vendor and asset management.
