Position Overview
The Assistant Warden will work closely with the Warden/Administrator to ensure the smooth management of Aghosh Home. This includes supervising children’s daily routines and ensuring the proper implementation of the approved timetable.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Warden/Administrator in the management and supervision of Aghosh Home.
- Ensure holistic care, discipline, safety, and emotional well-being of all resident children.
- Supervise children’s daily routines and ensure proper implementation of the approved timetable.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor student behavior, ensure cleanliness and inventory control, and implement organizational policies effectively.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Graduation or equivalent degree and have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
