Key Responsibilities

• Support the Warden/Administrator in the smooth management and supervision of Aghosh Home.
• Ensure holistic care, discipline, safety, and emotional well-being of all resident children.
• Supervise children’s daily routines and ensure proper implementation of the approved timetable.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor student behavior and ensure cleanliness and inventory.
• Implement organizational policies effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduation or equivalent.
• Experience: 02 Years.
