Eligibility
Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 01 year of banking experience in Assets Sales and/or Relationship Management.
Age Limit
- Maximum 28 years as of the last date of submission of application.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the Bank’s SME lending portfolio.
- Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and enhance existing client relationships to ensure portfolio retention and growth.
- Conduct periodic client visits and provide updates on portfolio performance.
- Analyze financial statements and business models of SME clients to assess creditworthiness.
