Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Provide strong commercial finance leadership and translate financial insights into business decisions.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and manage cash-flow, working-capital, and liquidity strategies.
- Evaluate business opportunities, investments, and expansion plans from a financial and commercial perspective.
- Strengthen financial controls, reporting, governance, and risk management.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic and growth initiatives.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Qualification: Qualified CA, ACCA, ICMA, or CFA.
- Experience: At least 12-15 years of experience with the recent 5 years in a senior finance/CFO/financial leadership role.
