Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support business growth.
• Drive financial performance, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, and uphold financial governance.
• Identify financial risks and ensure robust risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to drive decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team and foster a culture of excellence.

Eligibility

Qualified CA / ACCA / ACMA / MBA (Finance) with 12-18 years of finance experience, including at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, controls, and governance is essential.

Important Terms & Conditions

In-depth knowledge of tax, corporate law, and regulatory compliance in Pakistan is required. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills are necessary. Experience in the food, FMCG, or manufacturing sector will be preferred.
