Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and recredentialing processes.
• Submit and track provider enrollment applications with insurance payers.
• Maintain and attest CAQH profiles.
• Verify provider licenses, NPI, DEA, malpractice insurance, and other credentials.
• Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain accurate credentialing records and monitor renewals.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, NCQA, CMS, and payer requirements.
• Coordinate with providers and internal teams to support smooth onboarding.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

• 1-3+ years of US healthcare credentialing experience.
• Strong knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, NPI, and commercial payer enrollment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple providers and meet deadlines.
• Experience with credentialing software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
