Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate or O/A Levels education preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby.
Responsibilities
