Position: Deputy Manager Merchandising
Location: 6km Daska Road, near Daakwala Stop, Sialkot

Responsibilities

• Manage merchandising team to achieve sampling, cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Follow up with buyers from inquiry to shipment ensuring on-time delivery.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with production, planning, QA, and logistics departments for smooth operations.
• Monitor order status, production progress, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure accurate costing, margin analysis, and price approvals.
• Maintain strong communication and long-term relationships with buyers.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to support business decisions.
• Prepare reports on order status, shipments, inventory, and collection.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ethical practices.

Eligibility

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Textile, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in merchandising in the textile or garments industry.
