Job Description

The Centre of Excellence for Autism Spectrum Disorder Company (CEASDC) is actively seeking a qualified and experienced individual for the role of Director of Clinical & Therapeutic Services in Islamabad. This pivotal position involves overseeing clinical services and managing a team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the clinical operations of the Centre, ensuring the delivery of effective therapeutic services.
  • Manage and lead a team of clinical professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
  • Implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and patient care.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical programs to ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Develop and implement new programs to meet the evolving needs of the community.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Master’s degree (16 years of education) in a relevant field such as Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Sciences, Applied Behavior Analysis, or Public Health.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in clinical services.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
