Daewoo Express is seeking qualified candidates for the role of District Manager across various divisions, including Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan, Gujranwala, and Faisalabad. This position is crucial for overseeing waste management operations and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee waste management operations across all tehsils within the district.
- Supervise Tehsil Managers and ensure achievement of operational targets.
- Optimize the allocation and utilization of manpower, vehicles, and equipment.
- Coordinate with Regional Management, district administration, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and HSE standards.
- Monitor cleanliness standards, resolve operational issues, and improve service efficiency.
- Review operational performance and support staff development through guidance and training.
- Maintain day to day KPI as defined by WMC.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience:
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Public/Business Administration or related field.
Experience
- 7 to 10 years of experience, preferably in Waste Management.
