Eligibility
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Banking Management or a related field.
- 3-5 years of call center experience, preferably in fintech or banking.
- Leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong plus.
