ECCE Coordinator
Location: Karachi / District (Keamari/Malir), with regular field visits to ECCE centres and schools
Qualification & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ECCE programme implementation, preferably in a development or NGO context.
3. Strong knowledge of play-based learning, school readiness frameworks, and early childhood development.
4. Experience in training design, teacher coaching, and programme monitoring.
5. Excellent communication and facilitation skills in Urdu and Sindhi; English proficiency required.
6. Commitment to child rights, inclusion, and safeguarding principles.
