KDSP is seeking qualified Education Facilitators to support children with Down syndrome in Karachi. This role is essential in creating a conducive learning environment and developing tailored educational plans for each child.

Responsibilities
- Design weekly lesson plans and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for children with Down syndrome.
- Conduct classes efficiently during the stipulated time and create a conducive learning environment.
- Design and send home plans every week.
- Make necessary adjustments to teaching strategies in real-time.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings at the completion of each IEP and/or on a need basis.
- Maintain reports on students’ progress, charts, home plans, and weekly lesson plans.
- Report any concerns of parents in a stipulated time and provide necessary feedback.
- Assist in the development of the Assistant Manager Programs.
- Ensure reporting for the necessary documentation required for the department’s effective functioning.
Eligibility
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Psychology from an HEC recognized institution.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
