Field / Cluster Mentor
Location: Assigned District (Keamari/Malir) / Cluster, with daily school-level field presence
Qualification & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field-based education programme implementation.
3. Experience in teacher training, student assessment, and community mobilization.
4. Familiarity with TaRL, FLN, CPB, or activity-based learning approaches strongly preferred.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with communities, teachers, and school administrators.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel and/or digital data collection tools (KOBO Toolbox, CSPro).
7. Fluency in Sindhi and Urdu; knowledge of local languages of the assigned district preferred.
8. Willingness to be stationed in the field and travel extensively within the assigned cluster.
