Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. Additionally, a full or part recognized professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CFA, or ICMA is required.

Experience

A minimum of 6 years’ experience in finance is essential for this position. Candidates should have a strong background in financial management, particularly in donor-funded projects, procurement regulations, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial systems and ensure compliance with PPRA rules and Government of Pakistan financial regulations.
• Oversee budgeting and procurement processes.
• Conduct project costing and cash flow management.
• Ensure adherence to audit procedures and financial regulations.
• Maintain high integrity and analytical thinking in all financial dealings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP/accounting systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of audit procedures and financial management.
• Experience in procurement regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
