Join Vital Pakistan Trust as a Data Collector or Vaccinator and contribute to community health initiatives in Karachi. This role is essential for improving maternal and child health services through effective outreach and data management.

Data Collector Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to follow up on immunization, ANC, family planning, and other maternal and child health services.
• Collect and maintain accurate health records.
• Mobilize and refer pregnant and lactating women/community members for tetanus vaccination.
• Engage with communities and local stakeholders to promote awareness of breastfeeding, vaccination, hygiene, post-natal care, nutrition, and other healthy behaviors.

Vaccinator Responsibilities

• Perform outreach activities in the assigned catchment area.
• Administer vaccines safely and educate caregivers.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and maintain accurate vaccination records.
• Ensure the implementation of EPI SOPs in coordination with Town and District teams.
• Track and report monthly coverage and categorization to the line manager and fellow vaccinators.

Qualifications

• Data Collector: Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
• Vaccinator: Matriculation with a one-year vaccinator certificate.

Experience

• Data Collector: At least 2 years of relevant work experience with a deep understanding of community dynamics, local customs, and cultural sensitivity.
• Vaccinator: At least 1 year of experience as a vaccinator.
