Join us in transforming lives through recovery. Sanctum Private Rehab is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our facility and help build a safe, efficient, and patient-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations and support services.
- Supervise administration, housekeeping, security, kitchen, maintenance, transport, and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate admissions and operational readiness.
- Monitor budgets, inventories, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
- Lead operational meetings and manage multidisciplinary support teams.
Eligibility
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA, MHA, or Diploma in Hospital Management is preferred.
Additionally, a minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience is required, ideally in hospitals, rehabilitation centres, hotels, or other 24/7 residential institutions.
