Deaf Reach is seeking an experienced Insurance & Asset Claims Officer to join their Head Office in Karachi. This role is crucial for managing insurance claims and maintaining accurate records of insured assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of insured assets, policies, renewals, and related documents.
• Manage insurance claims from reporting through settlement and payment.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, surveyors, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely insurance of newly acquired assets and continuous coverage.
• Monitor policy renewals, expiry dates, and insurance coverage.
• Maintain updated insurance and claims trackers and follow up on pending claims.
• Coordinate asset surveys and provide required claim documents.
• Liaise with relevant departments for accurate asset and claim information.
• Maintain proper filing of insurance and claim records.
• Support insurance audits, reporting, and other related tasks.

Eligibility

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Asset Insurance is required.

Travel
