Position: Assistant Manager IT
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and provide technical support for IT systems, network infrastructure, and connectivity.
- Install, configure, monitor, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
- Install, configure, and provide ongoing support and maintenance for VoIP servers and telesystems.
- Perform file server installation, configuration, maintenance, backup, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and smooth operation of IT infrastructure.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, configurations, systems, and technical activities.
Eligibility
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and technical support.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, CCTV, and VoIP systems.
- Hands-on experience with server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support.
