IT Support Position at KDSP
KDSP is seeking an IT Support professional for their Karachi Chapter. This role requires a well-rounded individual capable of providing technical support for hardware (PCs, printers) and software (Windows apps) in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software (OS, applications).
- Installation and maintenance of computer systems, software, and workstations.
- Providing support as the main point of offering support in person and over the phone.
- System training: Guide and train users on new systems or IT policies.
- System security: Address and manage security issues as they arise.
Eligibility Requirements
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
