Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: LLB (LLM preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant corporate/legal experience
• Skills: Strong knowledge of corporate law, SECP/SBP regulations, and contract management
• Additional Skills: Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
