Library Coordinator & Trainer
Location: Karachi, with regular field visits to target schools
Qualification & Experience:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Library Sciences, Education, Literacy, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in library management, reading promotion, or literacy programme implementation in a school or development context.
3. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programmes for school staff.
4. Knowledge of early grade reading, children’s literature, and reading promotion methodologies.
5. Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management; familiarity with library cataloguing systems preferred.
7. Fluency in Urdu and Sindhi; proficiency in English required.
8. Willingness to undertake regular field travel to target schools.
