Job Overview
The Maintenance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) protocols, and other safety standards. You will be expected to manage maintenance planning and documentation effectively.
Eligibility
Qualifications
- B. Sc. / M. Sc. in Electrical or Mechatronics
Experience
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector
Skills Required
- Strong Maintenance Planning & Management
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Troubleshooting
- CMMS/EAM & Maintenance Documentation
- Strong Communication Skills
- Team Building Skills
