Job Overview

The Manager Accounts & Financial Reporting will oversee the accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely statutory filings.
• Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting for decision-making.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

• CA Finalist
• 3-5 years of relevant experience (Fresh articles completed from a reputed firm)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting
