Eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline from an HEC recognized university.

Experience

• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, spare parts management, procurement coordination, and cement plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance planning and spare parts management.
• Coordinate procurement processes and follow up on purchase orders for spare parts and services.
• Plan and coordinate shutdown activities, incorporating long-lead spare replacement requirements into maintenance plans.
• Optimize inventory management to minimize dead/slow-moving inventory while ensuring availability of critical spares.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies focused on maintenance cost reduction and inventory optimization.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of spare parts lead time planning and material availability.
• Hands-on experience in SRC, SRF, ROGP, and OGP creation, approvals, and follow-up.
• Experience in material transfer and gate pass coordination.
