Merchandiser Position at H. Nizam Din & Sons (Pvt) Ltd.

H. Nizam Din & Sons (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in the SITE Area of Karachi. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders and maintaining high standards in our production processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Order Execution & Merchandising: Coordinate customer orders for relief tents, frame shelters, tarpaulins, and technical fabrics from initial sample development through bulk production and final packing.
• Cross-Departmental Alignment: Work closely with Factory Planning, Cutting, Stitching, and Quality Control departments to ensure adherence to daily production targets.
• Technical Tender & RFQ Support: Assist the commercial team in reviewing technical tender specifications, supporting Bill of Materials (BOM) estimates, lab testing coordination, and quotation proposals.
• Export & Logistics Coordination: Maintain TNA planning and dispatch timelines in coordination with logistics teams and shipping lines.
• Client Correspondence: Manage daily status/queries updates for international humanitarian and commercial buyers.

Eligibility

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in Merchandising, preferably in textile/export manufacturing.
• Skills: Order Execution, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, Communication, Coordination.
