Merchandising Job in Lahore Head Office at Nishat Mills

Join Nishat Mills as an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant in the Merchandising department. This role is based at our Lahore Head Office and involves managing end-to-end merchandising activities for the Ready-to-Wear (RTW) and Stitched Category.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchandising activities for the RTW/Stitched Category, from product development to launch.
• Coordinate with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Planning, and Production teams for timely product execution.
• Drive product development from concept/creation to End Proto, including costing and margin alignment.
• Monitor T&A, product documentation, and stage-wise development status.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and category performance to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams for effective product launch and positioning.
• Proactively resolve development, costing, and production-related issues.

Eligibility

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion Design, Business, Merchandising, or a relevant field. Additionally, candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience.
