Operations Manager – Management Systems Certification

Join a leading TIC company in Pakistan and Bangladesh as an Operations Manager in Management Systems Certification. This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan, and involves overseeing and managing the end-to-end Management Systems Certification (MSC) operations in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end Management Systems Certification (MSC) operations in Lahore and across the region.
• Plan, implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality and compliance.
• Manage certification project pipelines, including certification and auditor management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17021-1, ISO MDs and accreditation requirements.
• Deliver services to clients, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Develop and manage the MSC operators team.
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Management Systems Certification operations in the TIC industry; Minimum 4-5 years in managerial roles.
