Outreach Officer Position at MTJF Foundation

MTJF Foundation is seeking a dedicated Outreach Officer (Female) to join our team in Karachi. This role involves conducting outreach sessions and fostering community relationships to enhance our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a minimum of 15 outreach sessions per month at schools, institutions, and communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, students, and community stakeholders.
• Facilitate youth engagement, volunteer mobilization, and awareness activities.
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain accurate outreach records, attendance, feedback, and session reports.
• Collect field updates, success stories, and relevant data for reporting and evaluation.
• Manage approved awareness materials and assigned resources with proper accountability.

Eligibility

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in outreach, community engagement, or NGO programs.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong presentation, coordination, and public speaking skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and conduct outreach activities independently.
