Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and other blood collection procedures efficiently and safely.
- Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and processing of specimens.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Provide compassionate care to patients, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with lab technicians and medical staff to ensure timely and accurate test results.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Conduct timely visits to wards for IPD sample collection.
Eligibility
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate (Science), Diploma in Phlebotomy preferable.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a tertiary care hospital.
