Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
• Training/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE/ECD) preferred.
• 1-2 years of preschool teaching experience preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning.
• Ability to plan engaging, play-based and hands-on learning activities.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Creative, energetic and confident personality also Patient, nurturing and child-friendly approach.
• Ability to observe and document children’s learning and developmental progress.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with parents and the academic team.
• Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, inquiry-based or activity-based learning will be an advantage.
