Additionally, the Deputy Manager will support capacity planning, manpower planning, and line balancing. Coordination with Production, Planning, Maintenance, and Quality teams is crucial to optimize operations. The role also requires preparing Industrial Engineering reports and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Industrial Engineering standards.
