Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is seeking a qualified Procurement Manager for their Planning & Development department located in Lahore. This role is essential for managing the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and project supplies, ensuring that all procurement activities align with the organization’s standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and project supplies.
• Review technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and procurement requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and technical teams on procurement needs.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure quality procurement.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, comparative statements, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.
• Monitor procurement schedules, material deliveries, quality, and project requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• BBA
• B. Sc
• M. Sc. in Engineering

Experience

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement management.
