Pakistan Children Relief is actively seeking a dedicated Program Officer for its Orphan Care Program (OCP) based in Islamabad. This role is crucial for managing and supervising the program while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise PCR’s Orphan Care Program (OCP).
• Develop and implement the Annual Plan and Action Plan.
• Monitor field activities and ensure timely implementation.
• Analyze program data and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure accurate, confidential, and secure beneficiary data.
• Ensure compliance with PCR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with field teams and PCR management.
• Support the holistic development of orphan children.
• Prepare beneficiary updates and donor reports.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and program targets.

Eligibility

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 Years of Education

Experience

• 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience

Skills

• Strong Report Writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Effective Communication and Coordination skills
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
