Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Assurance/Quality Control Executive to lead quality control activities at Taam Ul Khaas Restaurant (Pvt) Ltd. This role is crucial in ensuring that our processes and operations consistently meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.

Location

This position is based in Karachi.

Employment Type

This is a Full-Time position.

Department

You will be working in the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department.

Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the respective field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and standards.
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with established SOPs.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Required Expertise

The following expertise is required for this role:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and internal/external audits.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, compliance, process improvement, risk assessment, CAPA, NCR handling, documentation control, and quality reporting.
• Candidates with ISO 9001 Lead/Internal Auditor, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality certifications will be preferred.
