Position: Senior Assistant Manager Quality
Location: Charcoal Head Office, 18 KM Ferozepur Road, Attari Saroba, Near Pak Arab Society, Lahore
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect imported fabrics from international suppliers to ensure compliance with company quality standards before production.
- Implement quality checkpoints across cutting, stitching, finishing, pressing, and packaging stages.
- Monitor garment quality delivered to retail outlets and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Inspect returned garments due to defects or damage and determine whether they should be repaired, reprocessed, or returned to vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Ensure compliance with international menswear standards, buyer requirements, company SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Lead, train, and supervise the QA/QC team to ensure effective implementation of quality standards.
- Conduct quality audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defects.
- Prepare detailed quality reports covering production quality, supplier compliance, retail feedback, defects, and vendor returns for management review.
Eligibility
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Garment Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the garment, textile industry.
