Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings with US clients.
• Present recruitment solutions and close new business opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and negotiate service agreements.
• Collaborate with SDRs and recruiters for smooth client onboarding.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales, or Staffing Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience dealing with US-based clients is preferred.
