Himont Group is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Regional Sales Manager in the Confectionery division. This role is essential for developing and executing regional sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the confectionery business.
  • Oversee distributor operations, order fulfillment, inventory health, and ROI evaluation.
  • Expand numeric and weighted distribution across primary, secondary, and wholesale networks.
  • Analyze regional sales trends and channel dynamics to capture emerging market opportunities.

Eligibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience

  • 6 to 8+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial position covering sales operations (direct experience in Confectionery sales is preferred).
