Eligibility Criteria

Education / Qualification

Graduation or equivalent from a local or International University / College / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates having a Master’s degree in business and/or other professional certifications such as AIBP, JAIBP will be preferred.

Age

Maximum age limit is 28 years as of the last date of submission of application.

Experience

Minimum of 01 year of banking experience in Assets Sales and/or Relationship Management is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME clients to grow the Bank’s SME lending portfolio.
• Execute a client acquisition strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
• Promote the Bank’s financing products, including working capital, trade finance, and term loans.
• Manage and enhance existing client relationships to ensure portfolio retention and growth.
• Conduct periodic client visits and provide updates on portfolio performance.

Important Terms & Conditions

The employment will be on a contractual basis for 03 years which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management. The Bank reserves the right to reject or accept any applicant’s suitability to meet the vacant positions. In case of selection, candidates will be required to serve at their initial place of posting for a minimum period of three years and no request for transfer will be entertained.
