READ Foundation is actively seeking a dedicated Resource Mobilization Officer to enhance our fundraising efforts and build strong donor relationships. This position is based in Faisalabad and offers a permanent contract.

Position Overview

The Resource Mobilization Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing a donor database, researching and negotiating with new funding partners, and developing strategies to meet fundraising targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community development and a strong background in fundraising.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a donor database including details, areas of interest, and funding.
• Research and negotiate with new funding partners for financial support.
• Develop strategies to hit fundraising targets.
• Ensure continuous follow-up and maintain good liaison with donors.
• Coordinate with volunteers and alumni for fundraising activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a minimum bachelor’s degree in social sciences, mass communication, marketing, or a related discipline, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
