Ticketing Staff

The Ticketing Staff will play a crucial role in managing ticketing operations. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing and must be proficient in using SABRE.

Responsibilities:

• Handle ticketing procedures, including reissues, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions

• Experience with SABRE is mandatory
• Good knowledge of GDS, fares, and ticketing procedures
