Job Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability. This position requires a proactive approach to market analysis and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
• Compile and execute given Plans/Objectives to attain Zone/Area wise Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages availability targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to supervise and monitor the execution of set objectives/plans.
• Gather market intelligence regarding market share, trends, analysis, availability, and competition activities.
• Supervise the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s assets in the market.
• Manage distribution to ensure proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KPIs, GTM, and inventory management.

Eligibility

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Qualification: BBA / MBA with specialization in Marketing
• Experience: 05-07 years in Beverages/FMCG
